Liz Alzina of Benchmark Association Services Recently Received Her CMCA Certification
Certified Community Association Professionals Provide Stronger Management Skills to Benchmark Association Services Community Association Clients
Las Vegas, NV December 14, 2009 - Benchmark Association Services, an Associa Company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, proudly announces Liz Alzina recently earned the credential Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).
The CMCA credential signifies community management professionals have passed NBC-CAM’s national exam and met the requirements for managing condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. Certified managers must also adhere to the CMCA Standards of Professional Conduct and take continuing education.
Liz Alzina joined Benchmark Association Services in September of 2008. Ms. Alzina has assisted in many areas of the business and most recently has taken the position of Vice President of Business Development.
Since 1991, Benchmark Association Services has been providing community association management and developer consulting services to the greater Las Vegas and Reno areas.
